1. Who is responsible
Hunter Newton operates R7 Meridian and is responsible for your personal data. You can reach us at support@r7meridian.app.
2. What we collect
Account data: your email address and, if you add them, a name and profile picture.
Creative data: the prompts, settings and reference files you submit and the images and video we generate for you.
Billing data: plan, purchase history and credit balance. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser, device and error reports, used to keep the service secure and working, and to limit abuse.
Messages: what you send to our support address.
3. Why we use it
To run the service: generate media, keep your library, charge and refund credits, and send sign-in and billing emails. We do this because it is needed to provide the service you asked for.
To keep it safe: rate limiting, fraud prevention and content moderation, including reviewing reports from other users. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in a secure, lawful service.
To meet legal duties such as tax and accounting records.
For anything optional, such as non-essential cookies, only if you agree. You can withdraw that agreement at any time in Cookie settings.
5. Where it is processed
Our providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires safeguards for transfers out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or an equivalent approved mechanism.
6. Public content
Generations are private unless you publish them. Published work shows your display name and avatar, never your email address. You can unpublish at any time.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. Generations and uploads stay until you delete them or close your account, and we then delete them within 30 days. Backups that still hold them age out within a further 35 days.
We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Technical logs are kept for a short period, usually no more than 90 days.
AI providers may keep generated files for a limited time under their own policies.
9. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to move it to another service, or to limit or object to how we use it, by writing to support@r7meridian.app. We reply within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your data protection authority. If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have the rights that law gives you, including to know, correct and delete your data. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.
10. Children
R7 Meridian is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we delete it if we learn we have.
11. Security
We protect data with encrypted connections, access controls and separate credentials for each service. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. If a change is material we will tell you before it takes effect.
